Waverley Dixon Manson’s professional background is based in the legal field. She has 15 years of law firm management and paralegal experience in criminal, family, and worker’s compensation law in addition to commercial construction litigation and contract negotiation. She became a registered Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (VADCJS) Private Investigator in 2004 and currently holds her Maryland and Virginia registration. In 2009, she received her VADCJS Instructor certification and taught the 60-hour 02E Private Investigator course for five years. In 2015, she began work in the government services industry as a shipboard installation Project Analyst and became a Project Lead in 2016.
R. Trent Manson’s background is based in the Department of Defense. He has over 30 years of experience supporting the Naval Warfighter in various capacities. He began his service in computer networking and administration supporting the engineering competency for 15 years. During that work period he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland University College in 2003 and went on the earn a Master’s of Science in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University in 2006. In 2009 he transitioned to Program Management where he led or was part of several Integrated Product Teams managing major programs providing him with experience in cost, schedule, performance, and risk. He was accepted and graduated from the NAVAIR Leadership Development Program. In 2017 he left government service to join the Manson-Dixon Line team.
